Shipping policy

At Home & Glow, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently across Australia.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

During high-volume periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or remote delivery locations.

Courier selection may vary depending on your delivery location and order size.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

Unless otherwise requested, your parcel may be left in a safe place if the courier determines it is safe to do so.

If no safe location is available, a card may be left with collection instructions or re-delivery options.

If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please include a note at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.

Please note that once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, Home & Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages left unattended.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information entered at checkout is accurate.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

  • Any relevant courier tracking information

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes where supported by the selected courier service. Some oversized items may require a residential or business address.


International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within Australia. If international shipping becomes available, shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
